A Simple, Transparent Application Process

At Adira Academy, our comprehensive multi-year program is designed to empower students with the skills, knowledge, and experiences they need to excel academically and prepare for future success.
Adira Readiness Year
A foundational year where students focus on critical literacy, STEM support, self-paced learning, and advisory sessions, ensuring they are well-prepared for the full Adira Program.
Year 1
Students strengthen their academic foundation with an emphasis on critical literacy, STEM support, UWC applications, and career exploration.
Year 2
Focuses on developing 21st-century skills through summer programs, SAT preparation, AP tutoring, and personalized passion projects.
Year 3
Guides students through the process of choosing career pathways, with a focus on college and career guidance, AP exams, and comprehensive college application support.

Stories of Adira Girls
Bhagyashree is an advocate for girls’ education. Having suffered from a
lack of educational support, she is acutely aware of how a lack of
resources can impact one’s self-worth and works relentlessly to realize
her potential.
Ramsha envisions attending a prestigious institution to shatter the chain of generational poverty and uplift her family. Fueled by her passion for psychology and Computer Science,
she aspires to use her skills to tackle pressing social challenges.
Monika was raised in a community that mercilessly disparaged her for her dark skin. Being a football player and coach now, she defies those who deem her incable of success,
demonstrating that determination and resilience lead to a bright future.
Anshi defies all social norms. Despite the pressure to marry early, she is driven by the adverse circumstances of herself and other girls in her village to beat the system and menifest her dreams.
As someone who has constantly been challenged and limited by other's views on her capabilities, Ranu sees the opportunity to study abroad as a pathway to shift her reality. Her
innate drive to succeed is motivated by her desire to support her Parents in every way.
Despite hailing from a disadvantaged community in Mumbai, Namrata dauntlessly dreams of studying at a top institution and loves to acquire knowledge. She is determined to fulfill her aspirations and support her family..
Shraddha, a student from Mumbai’s Dandpada slum, unleashes her creativity through art. Driven by a burning desire to challenge stereotypes, she dreams of studying abroad to access quality education, transformative experiences and tools to create positive change in society.
